Easily translate your site manually with a shortcode-like translator system.

You'll find a few files in the "languages" folder:

languages.inc.php: Contains the variables you want to translate
languages.de.inc.php: Contains the german translations
languages.en.inc.php: Contains the english translations

The most important file is "languages.inc.php" - you have to include this file at least in the file where you want to translate something. If you're working with a "header.php", you should place the following code at the top of your file:

	include_once __DIR__ . '/languages/languages.inc.php';

After that, open the "languages.inc.php" and set the existing language files and the default language in Line 7 and 8, 11 and 12:
define('LANGUAGE_FILES', 'de', 'en');
define('DEFAULT_LANGUAGE', 'de');

After you're done, you can output your translated variables this way:

<?php echo t('headline'); ?>

Instead of 'headline', the visitors will see the translation you've set inside the language files.
