improved the layout of our php & html downloads — plus, better filenames instead of random numbers, so it's easier to tell them apart when downloading multiple! ✨

Some updates, some bugs, and so much walking

Spring's here, and while Danny's out soaking up every bit of the warmer weather, I'm over here not exactly warming up to it. The days are getting longer and the heat is inching closer, and let's just say the idea of summer—with its inevitable sweat and sticky moments—is not exactly my cup of tea. ⚰️

Danny is still getting around on foot because apparently the car market is a disaster. Maybe one day he'll find something decent, but for now, walking it is! 🚶‍♂️💨 Meanwhile, my 8-month-old furball is still full of energy and bad ideas. Sometimes it's funny how much she reminds me of a part of myself—the chaotic, impulsive, can't-sit-still side. When I think back to my old dog, the one I lost in October, she was basically the opposite. Always sleepy, calm, kind of like the quiet, always tired version of me. It feels like both of them reflect two very different sides of me.

Over on the creative front, Danny is already working on new stuff, and while I haven't found the time to jump back into creating myself, I definitely miss it already. Who knows? Perhaps inspiration will strike when the weather is a bit more bearable. Maybe in autumn. 🍂 Just kidding... am I?🧍🏼‍♂️

Oh, and in other news: our site was randomly hit by a wave of bots, so we had to tighten up a few protections. Suspicious activity now triggers a CAPTCHA—but, after some adjustments, regular visitors shouldn't run into it at all unless something really odd is going on. Someone did get falsely banned at one point (sorry about that!), so I went back in, reworked the thresholds, and added some smarter exceptions. You should be safe now, even with a bunch of tabs open in the background.

Aside from that, I've been deep in backend work—overhauling parts of our CMS, future-proofing things, and cleaning up old code. Definitely also one of the reasons I haven't uploaded anything new lately, but it'll be worth it in the long run! ✨

"working on new stuff" aka having 300 projects at once without finishing them
