kommt drauf an, wie lange du uns nicht mehr besucht hast! wir waren ab 2019 weg und sind erst seit 2024 wieder da (und hoffentlich auch noch viele weitere jahre <3)

Hello! I love all the tools on your website so much, they have been so helpful as I'm learning how to code :) I was wondering if it would be possible to create a simple table generator code for images? Like uploading however many for the table and being able to choose how many in a row, etc. I have some elements on my site that are going to have a lot of images that need to be in tables and it's so daunting ;o;

just to be clear, do you mean a tool to generate the html for a gallery (kind of)? because for image galleries, you actually wouldn't need tables! ☺️ otherwise, I could also write a tutorial showing some examples and different ways. 🫶🏻

Really cool tools! What's your process for coming up with them, and how long do they usually take? And for my wish I would like to see a script to add a wishlist to my site as well :)

thanks! what's your favorite so far? <3 honestly I can only speak for myself (danny, feel free to edit), but I usually start with a very simple idea, ironically. then I just keep refining until it feels right. I start with the absolute basics, actually use it, and keep asking myself "what's missing?" or "what's annoying?" and at some point I fall into a hyperfixation for days, working on it for hours, until I'm ~~mad and go insane~~ happy with it, mostly. there's no real secret, I just try to build solutions to problems I've personally had, or improve a workflow that annoyed me in the past.

as for the wishlist script: noted! I'm personally taking a bit of a coding break for now (at least that's the plan), but who knows, maybe danny will feel inspired and pick it up! <3
